Hey! I’m Mike,

As an RN and Nurse Coach, I understand the obstacles healthcare workers face in achieving a healthy lifestyle; long hours, stress, irregular schedules, unhealthy work culture, the list goes on.

Personally, I understand the challenges of maintaining a balanced lifestyle from my personal journey, as well as coaching others. At 16, I weighed 242 pounds. One day I had the realization I needed to course correct. Over the past 14 years, through exploring different diets, different ways of training, becoming a coach, and continuing education, I've developed my concept of a healthy life.

My ultimate goal is to share what I’ve learned through education, accountability, and coaching to help healthcare workers achieve healthier lives, and reshape the culture of our industry.

While healthcare culture is my focus, I work with clients from all walks of life. As a Nurse Coach, I address your wellness from a clinical background with a holistic framework. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, pursue a new habit, or just learn how to properly take care of yourself, I’m your guy.

    We offer Individual and group cohort style coaching plans. These plans include an onboarding call, monthly diet and exercise plans, and monthly check ins.
